How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We use reliable courier services such as Trackon, DTDC, Blue Dart etc for all domestic orders. All orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days for standard couriers, and 2-3 business days for express post. For assistance, please feel free to connect with us.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally using FEDEX, DHL across the Globe, for international shipping please get in touch with us. For international orders, please connect with us.
How do shipping fees work?
For our 105th year anniversary, we have launched our online store with great savings on free courier facilities across India. Our free shipping cost is applicable upto 25 kg of orders. For orders above 25kg in weight, standard courier charges will apply.
Refund Policy & Exchanges
TMBC adheres for high quality standards & takes care of each order packaging.
If in case you want to return/exchange the order for any specific reason, firstly please send us an email at office@tmbcjaipur.com with your order number & photo of the item so that we can understand the nature of your return. Once return/exchange is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your ordered invoice address. Post receiving the order at our warehouse, we will conduct an internal check & inspection, once its accepted we will send you a fresh piece in case of exchange & in case of return only, we will raise an credit note in your favour to purchasing any items for that same amount across our website.
Please note – we only accept return requests within 2 days of receipt of courier with tags/labels intact, the item being not used.
If you have not received your item or it is not what you expected please email office@tmbcjaipur.com and we will try our absolute best to resolve the issue.
Damaged product:
If you have received a damaged product please contact us within 48 hours at office@tmbcjaipur.com or +91 99291-15136 (WhatsApp enabled) and we will do our best to send a new product unless we no longer have stock, in which case you will receive an online store credit.
